Why the lifeline?
The Lifeline Team is crucial to our ability to operate. There are two things we do that most organizations do not.
1. When people donate designated funds, for example "Philippines, or Homeless ministries, or "International Missionaries" we pass 100% of those funds on directly to those branches to be used for those purposes. 100%. We do not hold any percentage of those funds - not even for the fees we pay to receive those online donations. If a donor sends $10 to "Honduras" then every single penny of that donation goes to Honduras.

2. Our sponsorship program pricing ($300 annually per student) is not designed to cover funding for our vehicles, housing, employees, medical expenses, or other operating expenses that are necessary to run our programs. We want the sponsorship price point to be affordable for as many people as possible and we believe trying to keep those costs down around $25 a month is important. There is a good reason large child sponsorship organizations have pricing about twice the cost of our program. They must cover all costs through sponsorship fees.

For us to operate our ministry successfully, we rely on generous donors who believe in what we do, and are willing to support us. These donors are our lifeline.
Becoming a lifeline team member
Lifeline team members donate a minimum of $1,000 a year.
The businesses and individuals who are capable of providing regular support of this magnitude make it possible for us to operate without having to obtain a massive number of smaller donations.

Two benefits to Lifeline team members:
1. Team members receive fall and spring updates highlighting ministry made possible because of your generosity.
2. Team members can nominate and vote on the annual EMM charitable grant to other non-profit ministries.
General Donors
It is important that we state our deep gratitude for our general supporters. We have a host of people supporting our ministry at $10 per month. There is no gift too small and we certainly are not diminishing the value of even the smallest gift. We need general donors too.

The heart behind the Lifeline Team is to gather members from our community who believe in what we do and are capable of supporting us in a large way, helping to generate significant funding quickly and regularly to insure the ministry is sustainable and strong.
United we accomplish more.
